3. Consultations and Bookings

4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are agreed upon in writing prior to commencing any engagement. Unless otherwise stated in your engagement letter:
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
- We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain outstanding beyond the agreed payment terms
- All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable
